Jong is a reservation marketplace connecting customers with venues (sports courts, salons, spas, studios, clinics and restaurants) in Laos. Bookings made on Jong are agreements between you and the venue; Jong provides the schedule, confirmation and payment-proof tools.
Prices are set by each venue and shown before you book. Payment is made directly to the venue by LAO QR transfer (with proof uploaded) or at the venue. Jong does not hold your money. A booking is confirmed when the confirmation screen shows a reference number.
Each venue sets its own cancellation and no-show policy. Contact the venue directly to change or cancel a reservation.
You can book as a guest. If you create an account, keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for activity under your account. Venue-owner accounts are granted by Jong after verification.
No fraudulent bookings, false payment proofs, scraping, or attempts to disrupt the service. Venues may decline service for abuse.
Jong provides the platform "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Jong is not liable for the acts, services or facilities of venues, or for losses arising from events outside our reasonable control.
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means acceptance. Material changes will be announced on this page.
