To make a booking: your name, an 8-digit Lao phone number, an optional email, and — if you pay by LAO QR — the payment-proof image you upload. If you create an account: your email and encrypted password.
Your details are shared only with the venue you book, so they can honour your reservation and verify your payment. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Data is stored with Supabase (Singapore region) with row-level security: venues can only see bookings made at their own venue; you can only see your own. Payment proofs are stored in a private bucket readable only by the venue you paid.
Booking records are kept for the venue's accounting. To delete your account or data, contact us via WhatsApp at +856 20 2220 3042 and we will remove it within 30 days, except records a venue must retain by law.
We use only a session cookie/local storage to keep you signed in. No advertising trackers.
